Good to Know (for couples and parents)

Planning a wedding is a big investment, and often a family one. Here’s exactly how things work with us, so there are no surprises.

Holding your date
Your date is officially reserved once your 25% retainer is received. The retainer is non-refundable, because we turn away other couples to save your day for you.

How payment works

  • Pay your 25% retainer to hold your date, and the balance 30 days before the wedding. Monthly payments available on request.

If your plans change
Life happens. If you need to reschedule, everything you’ve paid transfers to your new date, as long as a team member is available. New dates more than 12 months out are priced at current rates.

No travel fees, anywhere
Our team members live throughout the Southeast and beyond, so we never charge travel fees.

When you’ll see your photos and film

  • Full photo gallery: usually within 3 weeks

  • Wedding film: usually within 8 weeks

How many photos you’ll receive
An 8-hour wedding with one photographer typically delivers 700–1,000 fully edited images, with full printing rights in a private online gallery that’s easy to share with family.

Who edits your memories
Robb, our founder, personally edits every photo. Your film is crafted by our in-house editing team. Nothing is outsourced. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to make reasonable changes.

A team behind your day
Because we’re a team, not a solo shooter, backup photographers and videographers are available if the unexpected happens, and we bring redundant equipment to every wedding.
