Wedding Videography & Photography Terms and Conditions

1. Reservation of the services are guaranteed only upon receiving the deposit / retainer fee.

2. Stories and Stills reserves the right to use the video footage and photography for promotional purposes.

3. In the event of a postponement or cancellation of this event by the client, the deposit / retainer fee is non-refundable.

4. Stories and Stills takes the utmost care in the services offered. However, if for any reason, including unavoidable mechanical failure or accidental human error, the videography or photography fails to fulfill the contract agreement, liability to maximum will be a refund of the services contracted only.

5. Final payment is due one week prior to the wedding date.

6. Stories and Stills assumes no liability in the event of accidental damages to persons or property while providing photography, videography, or other services related to the contract.

7. Requests for additional editing of photos and/or videos after final products have been delivered by Stories and Stills will incur fees, and is at the discretion of Stories and Stills.

8. Due to fluctuations in editing workloads throughout the year, there is no set time frame for when final photo and video files will be provided to clients. Generally, it is within 8 weeks of the wedding day. Stories and Stills makes every effort to provide our services in a timely manner, however, we cannot contractually guarantee an exact date when files will be provided after filming and/or photography services have been provided.

9. Robb Underwood is the owner and CEO of Stories and Stills. His roles include customer service, training, and final photo/video editing before products are delivered to customers. He, specifically, WILL NOT be physically present at the wedding/time of service unless previously agreed upon in writing and acknowledged by all parties. Stories and Stills team members (photographers and videographers) serve customers at weddings and capture photographs and video footage for Stories and Stills.

10. Video and photo files provided to customers of Stories and Stills must be downloaded and saved immediately after receiving the download link via e-mail. Video and photo files are very large and must be purged from our system to make room for new files periodically. Stories and Stills does not guarantee storage of your files once provided via download link. It is the responsibility of the customer to download and save the video and photo files once provided.
