Stories and Stills loves working with our corporate clients for plant overview video creation.
We have experience creating plant walkthrough videos that incorporate tracking tags that show viewers exactly what they’re looking at on screen. Often these tracking tags are best utilized with drone video footage taken high over the facility to provide viewers with an outstanding vantage point. It’s actually a fun process for us, as tracking software has come a long way in recent years. For some examples of our plant overview video creation, at a look at these two videos.
The beauty behind tracking tags is how they specifically indicate what an object is called, leaving no questions for the viewer. This particularly works well with plant overview video creation. Rather than the viewer attempting to watch the video and read through large amounts of text, they can quickly and easily watch the video while simultaneously learning about important components of the plant.
In the videos above, we used tracking tags within our plant walkthrough videos to highlight parts of the corporate plants that needed to be emphasized. These plants were very large with expansive grounds. Without tracking tags, we would not have been able to create these plant walkthrough videos in a concise manner. Instead, the videos would have been very long and full of text, leading to disinterest from viewers.
Both of these plant overview videos required preauthorization to film with our drone due to their locations. Swiss Krono is located within the no fly zone of Savannah River Site, and Synthomer is very close to a small airport. Thankfully we were given enough notice prior to our plant overview video creation filming dates, and both drone flights possessed the necessary permissions to fly and film. Most facilities are glad to work with our drone pilots. The trick is to give them plenty of notice with no surprises.
