Music video production is something Stories and Stills was always destined to do. After all, we’re musicians too and we’ve even starred in music videos of our own. Two members of our production crew are members of the band ‘Savannah Sunday’ that performs throughout the Southeast. So creating music videos for musicians, artists, and bands is something we love to do and it definitely comes natural to us. As creatives, one of our favorite aspects of music video production is the planning stage.
We love hearing about your vision and the concepts behind your music video. Even if you don’t have a vision and you’re looking for some direction, it’s still a blast for us to brainstorm with our musician clients and come up with something they’ll be stoked to create. One of the steps in the creative process we particularly enjoy is scoping out locations for the video. Exploring areas that fit the theme of the video just right is a lot of fun. Plus, it gives us the opportunity to get to know our musician clients even better before we ever press record.
For many musicians, image is important. The look and feeling their video portrays is key to determining whether it will be a hit with their fans, or a flop. So at Stories and Stills, we don’t try to force a certain cookie-cutter look on your music video. Instead, we work with you to create something that will appeal to your fan base, while also helping you gain new fans and followers. We know that there is a lot of competition out there in the music industry. Often times you’re competing with musical groups and labels that have insane budgets where money isn’t much of an issue. Well, we’re here to tell you that it doesn’t take a million dollars to make an unforgettable music video that catches the eyes and ears of the masses.
We travel all the time for video shoots and our own music performances. So distance isn’t an issue. We serve musicians and bands from Charlotte to Atlanta and everywhere in between. Contact us today so we can make the next viral music video, yours!
